A class pet in Room 12????

The middles have been studying persuasive

writing in term 2.  During this time

we became very interested in getting

a class pet.

First we had to persuade Mrs Clarke to consider

the idea.  We had to give our opinions and

convince her that we could be trusted

to be responsible for a pet in our class.

Once we were successful at this, we had to persuade

Mr Eades to allow us to have a pet in our class.

We had a fun time checking out the water turbine 

that Danika's Dad made for us.

This was excellent learning before our trip to 

the power station.

parents who have brought in amazing things to share.
